She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton H. DeBerry and Evelyn Greene DeBerry; her husband Thomas B. Leonard; and her brothers, Alton DeBerry, Joe DeBerry and Billy DeBerry.
She is survived by: her son Tom R. Leonard of High Point; and her niece Helen Ann Holt.
