He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Floyd, Sr. and Auttie Strickland Floyd; and his wife Sarah Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Jane Decker of Thomasville, Linda Floyd Kepley (Dwayne) of High Point and Kevin Floyd (Misty) of Thomasville; and his grandchildren, Christopher Kepley (Magen), Nicholas, Amber, AJ Floyd, Stevie, Matthew, William and Austin Dewitt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (574 Tower Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
