With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Hunt Sr. (Thomasville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richard Hunt and Shirley Hoover Hunt; and his brother Roy Dale Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lee Byrd Hunt; his children, Sherry Pauley (Steve Bradshaw Jr.), Tonya Hernandez (Manuel), Jill Brazzle (Kory), Donald Ray Hunt Jr. and Stephen Hunt; his brother Rickey Wayne Hunt; his nieces, Kimberly Hunt (Eric Turner) and Crystal Hunt; and his friends, Freddy Baker, Crystal Atkins, Pansy Hunt and Rock Byrd. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
