He was predeceased by: his parents, Beedler James Duncan and Ruby Mae Eagleson Duncan; his wife Janet Holifield Duncan; his daughter Shannon Duncan; and his sister Linda Lou Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Lane Duncan, Jr. of Winston-Salem, Belinda Lupton (Larry) of Lexington and Rachel Reid (John) of Florida; and his brothers, Jackie Duncan of Walkertown and Terry Duncan of King. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, those attending are asked to practice social distancing and wear a mask.
