She is survived by: her children, Dana Alford Davis (Jason), Amber Nicole Buck (Chance), Cody Joe Goins (Nicole) and Lakeshia Faith Anderson (Thomas); her grandchildren, Jasmine, Stephanie, Damien, Destiny, Wesley, Sierra, Jordan, Olivia, Cody Jr., Nora, Gracie and Penelope; her siblings, Scott Cody (Kathy) and Shawn Hepler (Charity); her stepfather Mike Hepler; her pet Ruby Ann; and her friends, Mary Cribb and Lisa Boneschans. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
