He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph King Cecil III and Deborah Jean Everhart Cecil. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Cecil (Summer) of Lexington and Madison Cecil (Jonathan Kuebler) of Wilmington; his sister Jennifer Cecil of Lexington; his grandson Rowan Cecil; his nephews, Lucas Bivens and Noah Bivens; and his niece Ally Bivens.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, those planning on attending services are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
