She was predeceased by: her parent Claude D. Lackey; and her siblings, James Lackey, Tommy Lackey, Alvin Lackey, Samuel Lackey and Grace Lackey Lingerfelt.
She is survived by: her brothers, Daniel Lackey (Cathy) of Lexington, Manuel Lackey (Ruby) of Thomasville and David Lackey of High Point; and her sister-in-law Alice Lackey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
