He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Scarlett Burleson and Audie Burleson; and his siblings, Willis Reid Burleson, William Lee Burleson and Joyce Marie Burleson.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Cheryl Gray; and his siblings, James Scarlette (Brenda), Dale Burleson (Tonyah), Wesley Burleson (Shnell), Audrey Jean Ashley, Linda Carolyn Hayes, Sue Allen (Steve), Helen Harmon (Eddy), Norma Hunt (Roscoe) and Loretta Kindley (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
