He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Floyd Hutchens and Clara Mae Jones Hutchens; his wives, Meals and Theresa Haltom Hutchens; and his siblings, Worth Hutchens, James Hutchens (Jim), Roy Hutchens and Dorothy Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Mark Hutchens (Lori) of Thomasville; his grandson Levi Garrick Hutchens (Brittany); his great grandchild Ryleigh Hutchens; his siblings, Harold Hutchens (Marilyn) of Carolina Beach, NC, Ruby Nixon (Earl) of Greensboro, Mary Reece of Thomasville and Trish Loftin (Wade) of Trinity; and his close friend Faye Kanoy of Thomasville.
