He was predeceased by: his father Bert Charles Kennedy; and his sister Joyce W. Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Saintsing Kennedy; his children, Vickie Mabe of Thomasville and Daniel Kennedy (Melanie) of Thomasville; his brother Gary Barton Kennedy of Thomasville; and his granddaughters, Emily Mabe, Kristen Mabe, Rachel Kennedy Waddell (Austin) and Abigail Kennedy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Memorials may be given to Emanuel Reformed Church or Hillside Park Baptist Church.
