With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlie Ray of Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Model Ray and Mary Smith; and his brother Herbert Ray. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Richard, John Burton, Esther Williams and Mary Coleman; his great-nieces, Kadilda "Pooh" Williams and Aisheia "Poppi" Williams; his cousin William Epps; and his friend Loretta Green. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
