He is survived by: his wife Connie Beasley Scarlett; his children, Shannon Scarlett, Charles "Chuck" Lee Scarlett, Jr. and Christopher Lance Scarlett (Lori); his siblings, Bill Trotter, Wayne Scarlett, Evelyn Grooms Grubb and Donna Spurrier; his grandchildren, Jesse Scarlett, Chris Scarlett, Charlee Scarlett, Samuel Scarlett and Eli Scarlett; his great grandchildren, Rylan Watt, Lincoln Scarlett and Kashyn Scarlett; and his pet Bear.
