She is survived by: her parents, Brian Douglas Robinson (Rhonda Arrington) of Mayodan and Melanie Rachelle Winstead Robinson (Matthew Whitley); her sister Alicia Thornton (Christopher); her grandparents, Marvin, Mary Robinson and Linda Derreberry; her nephew Levi Vaden; her niece Harbor Thornton; her uncles, Sonny Robinson and Donnie Robinson; her great-aunts, Deborah Emmons and Louise Gamble; her great-uncle Dave Winstead; and her sisters, Felicia Biddix, Emma Whitley and Hannah Whitley (Bryant Whitley). She is also survived by cousins; and special friends.

“I met Brianna in the 6th grade we knew we would be best friends when we started laughing at the same thing. We sat next together in 1st Period and we had the same Gym class. That girl always knew what to say when I was having a bad day. We always would laugh and make myself look like more of an idiot than I already am. I don't know what I would do with out her, I plan on going into the Army to become a MP (Military Police). To the family I just want to say God bless you. Cheyann Simmons”
