She is survived by: her sons, Jim Siewert and Leslie Franklin Hughes, II (Tonya); her sisters, Pam and Debbie; her grandchildren, Casey Cranford, Donald Wingrove, Tara Ballard and Ryan Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Blake Boan, Carter Cranford, Penelope and Joseph Ballard.
