She was predeceased by: her parents, James Norman Nobles and Myrtle Spivey; her husband William Herman Blackwell; her daughter Angela Blackwell Hall; her grandson Jonathan D. Blackwell; and her great grandchild Sabastion Lee Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Blackwell of Thomasville, Michael D. Blackwell of Trinity, Tony Blackwell of Thomasville, Tracie Blackwell Crawn (Russel) of Stanley County and Tammy Blackwell of Thomasville; and her grandchildren, Michael W. Blackwell of Lexington and Brandy Blackwell of Thomasville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
