He is survived by: his mother Pamala "Pam" Wagner Hornady; his daughter Taylynn Jenkins; his sister Starr Vicks; his girlfriend Teresa Hinson; his nephew Chad Hayes (Brooke); his aunt Nyka; his uncle Steve Reece; and his cousin Zac Reece. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
