He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry N. Young and Mary Allman Young; his wife Mary "Karen" Young; and his sisters, Evelyn Wingard, Rena Savage and Ann Harris.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Young (Melissa) of Thomasville and Keith Young (Sheilah) of Wallburg; his granddaughter Madison Young; his sister Sue Y. Shaw (Jimmy) of Florida; and his pets, Gracie and Sally.
