He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hall and Glenola Hall; and his siblings, Paulette Lynn Moore, Tyrone Posey and Charles Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Susan Williams Hall; his children, Dr. Deborah Winbush, Felicia Hall, Paris Hall and Prince Hall; his siblings, Reginald Hall and Johnsie Pettus-Rivers; his grandchildren, Kendell White, Kayden White, Courtney Winbush, Cameron McCann, Christopher McCann and Caleb Hall; and his great grandchild Grace McCann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
