He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Haney and Mary Ethel Mason Haney; his wife Lillie Mae Smith Haney; his son Timothy Craig Haney; and his siblings, Edward Haney, Ambrose Haney, Bonnie Hartman and Faye Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Church (Donnie), Benjamin Haney Jr., Donna, Duncan Haney, Michael Haney, James Haney, Melinda, Steve Haney, Donald Haney and Tracy; his grandchildren, Misty, Lee, Shane, Matt, Travis, Chad, Trey, Daniel, Jessica, Duncan Jr., Michelle, Natasha, Cameron, Nicole, Ashlyn, Addison and Chandler; and his brother Thomas Earl Haney of Springfield, Massachusetts.
