He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Frank Alarcon and Mary Juanita Sebastian Alarcon; his spouse Shirley Ann Grubb; his sisters, Carol Arnett (James) of Thomasville and Janice Jarrell (Roger) of Durham; his nephews, Andrew Arnett of Thomasville and Taylor Jarrell of Durham; his niece Elizabeth Seymour of Lexington; his aunt Phyllis Sebastian of Thomasville; and also, Carlton Smith and Amy Huffman. He was also cherished by two aunts and one uncle.
