He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. "Junior" and Treva Mae Hancock Williams; his wife Cathy Elaine Williams; and his grandson Lane Smith, II. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Cline of Thomasville, Ricky Williams, Danny Williams of Archdale, April Williams Raldiris (Edward) of Atlanta, GA and Cynthia Williams Murphy (Jack) of Thomasville; his stepson Anthony Hancock of High Point; and his sisters, Betty Clifton of Thomasville and Joyce Buckner of Thomasville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
