He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hallie Norris, Sr. and Annie Faye Mobley Norris; his wife Hilda Heath Norris; and his son Jason Paul Norris. He is survived by: his son Bill Norris (Kelli); his grandchildren, Caitlin Flockhart (Jason), Jenson Dixon (Kahlil), Riley Hudson (Tyler), Andrew Hargrove and Jacob Hargrove (Lauren); and his brother Danny Norris (Patricia). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
