He is survived by: his wife Frances Ellen Brock Young; his children, Audrey Young Godwin (Tommy) of Rose Hill and Roy Young (Sheila) of Teachey; his grandchildren, Anne Spain (Patrick) of Greensboro, Eric Godwin (Ashley) of Wendell, Tiffany Cassell (Shane) of Teachey and Lindsey Hatcher (Chris) of Teachey; and his great grandchildren, Massey Cassell, Olivia Cassell, Abigail Hatcher and Evie Godwin.
