It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffery Cavenaugh (Teachey, North Carolina), who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Turner Strickland and Gene Cavenaugh; his wife Meta Brown Cavenaugh; his daughter Amanda Rivenbark (David); his grandchildren, Hunter Tucker, Stone Rivenbark, Davis Rivenbark and Karlee Rivenbark; his aunt Myrtle Norris Toler; his cousin Jonas Brown; his stepfather Gene Strickland; and his friend Jeff. He was also cherished by his friends called him, was a loving husband and caring father, grandfather and friend.
