He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee Roy and Alice Houston; and his grandson Gage. He is survived by: his wife Annette Miller; his parents, Teresa Houston Swink and Carroll Swink; and his brothers, Terry Miller II and Joe Miller. He is also survived by four granddaughters.
