He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smith Hefner; his children, Robin Coulbourn (Brian) and Chad (Kerri); his granddaughters, Melanie Shoemaker (Justin) and Rebekah Hefner; and his siblings, Clifford (Ruby), Randall, Collene LaFone, Nancy Campbell (Steven), Judy Norton (Tommy), Earlene Cheung (Patrick) and Jearldine Childers.
