She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Columbus Bowman and Cora Dell Cline Bowman; her husband Carl Ernest Bowman; her children, Margie Collene Bowman Fox, Henry Foy Bowman, Earnest Odell Bowman and Verlin Lee Bowman; her grandson Nick Jason Bowman; her sister Vertie Arvita Bowman; her half-sister Hattie Jane Hayworth; her brothers, Jay Lee Bowman and Therlow Bowman; her half-brothers, Cullen Bowman and Roy Bowman; and her brother Elmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Marie Sweet (Robert) of Taylorsville and Stella Jane Wike of Taylorsville; her granddaughter Christy Lynn Burke (Devin) of Taylorsville; her sons, Curtis Lynn Bowman of Taylorsville, Ricky Dean Bowman of Taylorsville and A. C. Bowman (Carolyn) of Taylorsville; and her daughters-in-law, Judy Bowman and Joann Bowman. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren.
