He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McKinley Cook and Doris Roberta Bowman Cook of Bethlehem, NC.; his grandparents, Bryd McKinley Cook, Katherine White Cook, Clifton Ray Bowman and Beulah Herman Bowman; and his brother Gary Wayne Cook.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley Cook of Conover and Erica Cook Farr (Liam) of Conover; his grandchildren, Brittany Mayes (Hickory), Ande Farr (Claremont) and Spencer Farr (Conover); his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Jackson and Maggie Farr; and his caregiver Paula Cook.
