With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Jane Sharpe of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray A. Fox and Thelma Stafford Fox; her parents-in-law, Conway Sharpe and Irene Hendren Sharpe; and her brother-in-law Benny Sharpe, Sr..

She is survived by: her husband Walter Lee Sharpe; her sons, Wesley Sharpe (Hope) of Taylorsville and John Sharpe (Liz Noble); her grandchildren, Evan and Taylor Sharpe of Taylorsville; her sister Ann Foulkes of Georgia; her nieces and nephews, Robert Johnson (Tamara) of Taylorsville, Benny Sharpe, Jr. of Taylorsville, Greg Foulkes of Tennessee, Catherine Horney (Skip) of Bath, Sharon Kruelle of Georgia, Suzanne Rische of Georgia and Constance Sharpe of Raleigh; her great-niece Amy Johnson Crawford (Josh) of Waynesville; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Sharpe of Taylorsville and Brenda Sharpe of Winston-Salem; and also, Alba and Claire. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
