He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Hubbard (Joyce) of Taylorsville, Dale Johnson (Faye) of Taylorsville, Dwain Johnson (Barbara) of Taylorsville, Sammy Johnson of Taylorsville, Douglas Johnson (Lori) of Hiddenite, Carol Bingman (Bruce) of Statesville and Kathy Shoemaker (Ronnie) of Statesville.
