We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 85, Shirley McCrackin of Taylorsville, North Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Medlin and Ruby Teague Medlin; her grandchildren, Brandon Swink, Andrew Sturgill and Tonya Daniel; and her great grandchild Savannah Green.
She is survived by: her husband Sylva; her daughters, Sherry Heaggans, Sharon Parsons (Patrick), Patsy Adkins (James) and Jeannie Cook; her brother Glenn Carrigan; her siblings-in-law, Burns McCrackin and Lona Mae Jordan; and also Andrew Brown.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church -Stony Point (40 State Rd 1558, Stony Point, NC 28678). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
