With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Walker Query (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Walker and Emily Sarah Crater Walker; and her husband Everette Adams. She is survived by: her son Danny Query; her siblings, Madolyn Rash of Olin, NC, Dewitt, Tom, Melvin of Hickory, NC, Samuel, Joe of Statesville, NC and Wayne Walker of Hiddenite, NC; her granddaughter Sandra Annette Fox of Hiddenite, NC.; her children, Roger Adams (Doris) of Taylorsville, NC, Janice Adams Ezzell of Hamilton, OH, Linda Adams Hayes (late Gene) of Hiddenite, NC and Carol Adams Rush (Gene) of London, KY; and her brother Larry Walker of Hiddenite, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
