She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lackey and Zelma Robinette Lackey; her brother Tim Lackey; her grandparents, Lum and Elloh Robinette; her grandchild Latisha Marie Hall; and her close friend Clyde Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Warren Pharr (Randy) of Stony Point, David Adrain Warren (Wendy) of Statesville and Joshua Shea Miller (Tiffany) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Jonathan Baker, Logan Pharr, Brittany Warren Huffman, Dylan Miller, Amanda McCreary and Leighna Kuehn; her sisters, Carol Gwaltney of Woodstock, GA and Linda Dyson of Taylorsville; and her close friends, June Moretz and Diane Collingsworth of Taylorsville. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
