He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Coolidge Herman and Ruth Marie Daniels Ham; and his brother Robert Ham. He is survived by: his pets, Zoey and Mushie; his wife Virginia Barnes Ham; his children, Angela Riddle and Rickey Donald Ham; his siblings, Mickey Daniels (Rebekah), Dale Ham (Maureen), David Ham (Angela), Barbara Canipe (Rick), Peggy Forsyth (Ed) and Debbie Bentley (Jerry); his grandchildren, Anthony Riddle, Chase Riddle, Dylan Riddle and Dakota Riddle; his great grandchild Laina Sayge Riddle; and his niece Shelley Bolick.
