He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Rayford Pennell and Eria Evelyn Lackey Pennell; his children, Richard Shannon Pennell (Tammy) and Misty Ann Pennell; his grandchildren, Makenzie Pennell and Kaelyn Martin; his great grandchildren, Pryce and Cayde Pennell; his sisters, Alva Jean Patterson (Donald), Rae Ann DeCoteau and Sue Taylor (David); his grandson Rev. Taylor Pennell; and his great grandchildren, Doug Kerley, Taylor Miller, Barry Waddell and Andy Overby.
