He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Robert Earp and Mary Lue Jolly Earp; his brother Robert Earp Jr.; his grandparents, Clarence, Vee Jolly, Hill and Rosa Earp; and his son-in-law Billy Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Lou Burgess; his children, Jamie Earp (Hannah) and Brittany Pierce (Mike); his grandson Kiefer Earp; and his siblings, Ned Earp (Jennifer), Minnie Lee Moore (Lynn), Larry Earp (Mickie), Roy Earp (Shelby), Raymond Earp (Frances), Paul Earp (Lois), Diane Chapman (Henry) and William Earp (Kendra).
Memorials may be made in Rick's honor to: Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Mission Fund or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
