He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Phillips; his children, Shane Michael Phillips (Diane) and Mary Elizabeth Norman (Michael); his stepsons, James "Craig" Blankenship (Patsy) and Carl Blankenship (Amy); his siblings, Gail Acton, Donnie Robinette, Phillip Robinette and Roger Robinette; and his grandchildren, Zackary Holley, Brody Mason and Rick. He is also survived by his family, friends.
