He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herman and Ruth Reese Herman; and his brother Ervin Herman. He is survived by: his wife Leona Jolly Herman; his children, Jeanine Herman (Warren White), George Herman (Gail) of Taylorsville, Donald Herman (Sandy) of Taylorsville and Billy Herman (Amber) of Taylorsville; and his brother Lewis Herman of Taylorsville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
