He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Franklin Goble and Cennie Louise Martin Goble; his siblings, Melvin Goble and Linda Duncan; his brother-in-law David; and his grandparents, James Franklin, Bessie Barlett Goble, Robert Glenn and Ellen Goodman Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carol Moretz Goble; his children, Christy Goble Jackson (Cecil) of Wellington, FL, Heath Goble (Jody Walker) of Newton, NC and Keith Goble (Janie) of Hickory, NC.; his siblings, Kenneth "Bud" Goble (Linda), Jimmy Goble, Teddie Goble (Wanda) and Donna Gantt (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Macie Lail Manning (Hunter) of Charlotte, NC, Brandon Goble (Katie) of Marshville, NC, Sophie Goble of Taylorsville, NC, Dawson Goble of Hickory, NC, Dylan Ball of Hickory, NC, Austyn Kelley of Hickory, NC, Adam Jackson, Cecilia Jackson, Jonah Jackson, Zachary Jackson of Boone, NC and Tinker.
