She is survived by: her children, Krystal Teague (Richie) of Hickory and John Sigmon of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Aaron Thebeau of Taylorsville, Brandon Sigmon (Dixie) of Taylorsville and Hope Teague of Hickory; and her siblings, Joe of Taylorsville, Lee of Taylorsville, Michael of Taylorsville, Jeffrey Simmons of Taylorsville, Dean Simmons (Berniece), Linda Seagle of Taylorsville, Deborah Little (James) of Taylorsville, Melissa Ritchie (Johnny) of Taylorsville, Hilda Seter (Paul) of Conover and Nancy Goforth (Steve) of Statesville. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Shiloh Lutheran Church, 1011 Shiloh Church Rd., Hickory, NC 28601.
