She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Lee and Sue B. Childers. She is survived by: her caregivers, Cathy Hebel and Larry Hooker; and her brothers, Craig Childers (Debbie) and Adam Childers (Melissa). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
