She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Herman and Ada Pennell Herman; her husband Burpee Wike; and her brother Roland Herman. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Wike (Libby) of Taylorsville, Keith Wike (Vicki) of Stony Point, Jackie Wike (Kathy) of Taylorsville and Daryl Wike (Mary) of Hiddenite; her grandchildren, Jamie "Fred" Wike (Brooke), Geoff Wike (Ashley), Robbie Wike, Kristin Huffman (Andy), Michelle Tobias (Jim), Bradley Wike, Jaclyn Mahler (Kade), Andy Wike and Taylor Wike; and her siblings, Bonnie Little of Taylorsville, Glenda Clontz of Conover and Don Herman (Jean) of Taylorsville.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church N.. A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.

Memorials may be made to Gordon Hospice House in Statesville.
