She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ruppe and Ida Greene Ruppe; and her siblings, Martha Hardin, Doris Gantt and Earl Ruppe.
She is survived by: her husband Vance Carl "Jack" Bebber; her daughters, Donna Bebber (Mike Devine) of Springfield, VA and Trish Dagenhart (Lynn) of Hiddenite; her grandchildren, Kylie Coonse of Taylorsville and Scarlet Harrington of Taylorsville; her sister Sybil Hollifield of Shelby, NC; her pets, Carson and Roxy; her caregivers, Shelby Hubbard and Laura Tedder; and also Timothy Sipe.
