Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marcia Elizabeth Byrd Medlin (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 72, on January 21, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Glenn and Mary Lou Byrd; and her sister Alicia Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Julia High (Bradley) and Ben Medlin (Megan); her grandchildren, Brendan High, Merit Medlin, Bryson High, Archer Medlin, Patton Medlin and Hank Medlin; her brother Larry Byrd (Carolyn); her brother-in-law Jerry Murphy; and her nephews, Tom Byrd (Tonya), Justin Byrd and Wesley Murphy (Chanae).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the East Taylorsville Baptist Church (644 1st St NW, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
