She was predeceased by: her parents, H. H. Sigmon and Helen Mull; her grandparents, Glenn Grayson Mull and Estoy "Toy" Bumgarner Mull; her husband James Shook; her sons, James Edward Shook (Ed) and Timothy "Arlen" Shook; and her grandchildren, Jessica "Jessi" Shook Palinski and William Epley.
She is survived by: her son Terry Shook; her grandchildren, Tammi Shook Gales, Courtney Sigmon (Eric), Ashley Bolch (Roc), Cody Shook (Kayla) and Camila McKinney (Andrew); her daughters-in-law, Judy Shook and Regina Shook; her great grandchildren, Garrett Whisnant (Darion), Isaiah Whisnant (Chelsey), Alek Epley (Emily), Allison, Bryanna, Caleb, Zephaniah, Lilli Sigmon, Brittney Hollingshead, Emma, David Bolch, Cason and Cade Shook; her great great grandchild Kyzleigh Carter; her sisters, Hilda Sipe and Kathy Smith; and her close friends, Nancy McNeely and Betty Godfrey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
