He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lewis Munday and Junie Campbell Munday; and his siblings, Terry Michael Munday and Carolyn Ann Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Joan Munday; his son Eric Munday (Gina); his grandchildren, Andrew (Kayla), Raven and Michael Munday; his great grandchildren, Casey (Sarah), Brandon (Rhylie), Kaitlyn, Elizabeth "Beth" Woods and Beths; his children, Mikey (Lindsay) and Gage; his sister Jeanette Lowder (Sonny); and his close friends, Angie Bryden (family: Frankie, Patsy Bumgarner), Tammy Campbell and Penny Phifer. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
