She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Elder and Nellie Dagenhart Elder; her siblings, Paul Elder and Margret Baity; her granddaughter Alisha Jolly; and her daughter-in-law Nanette Jolly.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl Max Jolly (Tina) of Dublin Georgia and Charles H. Jolly of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Misty Diane Jolly Balk (B. J.) of Mooresville, Kristen Bruce (Eric) of Taylorsville, Casey Gilleland (Jason) of Hickory, Shana Knight (Dustin) of Blueridge, Sidney Jolly (Vicky) of Las Vegas and Nev; her great grandchildren, Ethan Jolly, Garrison Duncan, Soren Jolly, Siddalei Balk, Sean Knight and Samantha Jolly; and her close friend Louise Pennell.
