He was predeceased by: his parents, Linney Bryant Lowe and Winnie Wood Lowe; his brother Bobby Lowe; and his nephew Ronnie Lowe. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Lowe (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Amanda Lowe, Lynnette Hillsley (Dustin), Ryan Lowe (Chrissy) and Robert Lowe; his sister-in-law Cindy Lowe; his great-nieces, Adelyn Lowe and Alyssa Hillsley; his great-nephew Caleb Lowe; and his caregivers, Sandy Brelsford and Lori Spiva.
