We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020, at the age of 73, Linda Kay Barnes of Taylorsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskel Ingram and Edith Sawyer Ingram; her parents-in-law, Samuel Jones Barnes and Ruby Catharine Mecimore Barnes; her siblings, Nellie Minton and James Ingram; and her brothers-in-law, Billy Loudermelk and Joe Deal.
She is survived by: her husband J. D. Barnes; her son Dennis Jay Barnes (Helen Brown Carrigan); her grandchildren, Macey Elizabeth Barnes, Taylor Brooke Carrigan and Alex Trevor Barnes; her siblings, Dean Ingram (Dian), Wendell Ingram (Melody), Louise Loudermelk and Phyllis Deal; her sister-in-law Joyce Ingram; and her daughter Teresa Ingram Reep.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Building Fund at Salem Lutheran Church.
