It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Roy Carrigan (Taylorsville, North Carolina), who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Franklin Carrigan and Sadie Little Carrigan; his wife Daphne Carrigan; his sisters, Jean Kirksey and Glenda Mecimore; his nieces and nephews, Rickie Carrigan (Barbara), Terry Williams (Tracy), Cynthia Mecimore and Angela Mecimore; and his pet Cheetoh.
